Regen operates a tightly controlled mobile service area around Washington. The full appointment postcode and expected journey time are confirmed before booking.
The operating rule
An address is eligible only when it is within five straight-line miles of the private Washington operating base, is normally reachable within 15 minutes at the expected appointment time and is not north of the River Tyne. The private residential address and exact coordinates are not published. Some exceptions may apply. If you are on the outer edge and are unsure, contact me on WhatsApp and I will confirm.
Regularly covered communities
Washington, including Concord and nearby Washington neighbourhoods; Birtley; Springwell Village; Eighton Banks; Ouston; Urpeth; Penshaw; Shiney Row; Wrekenton; Kibblesworth; Pelton; and Pelton Fell. Full postcode confirmation still applies because routes, traffic and the edge of a named area can vary.
Selected-address areas
Some addresses in Chester-le-Street, Houghton-le-Spring, Low Fell, Team Valley, Saltwell and Gateshead town centre may qualify. These areas must not be presented as wholly covered. Appointment times can also fail the 15-minute rule during busier periods.
