First-time clients only, will complete a digital intake form. This is for safety & compliance purposes.
TJay arrives at your location with a massage table, fresh linens, & high-grade oils (approx 10mins before the appointment) for a quick setup.

Tailored deep-tissue massage focused on your needs. Regular verbal pressure check-ins and consent will be requested for specific areas.
Depending on your booking, sessions may include postural analysis, functional movement testing, and targeted stretching for optimal recovery.
Get tailored post-session guidance, including stretches, mobility drills, and recovery advice to keep you moving at your best.
While I don't diagnose or prescribe, I'm here to support your recovery, and I'm always just a quick text away if you ever have any questions between sessions.
